We are still on the beautiful island of Jamaica enjoying the golden sun on the beach in Ocho Rios, while we sip on some delicious cocktail.

Zombie

Ingredients
20ml Wray & Nephew
20ml Appleton V/X
20ml Appleton White
15ml Orange Curacao
15ml Apricot Brandy
35ml Fresh lime juice,
100ml Fresh orange juice,
100ml pineapple juice,
15ml grenadine syrup

Method
All ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply, strain into a glass with ice.

Garnish
Pineapple wedge.





Bobs Your Uncle

Ingredients

25ml Wray & Nephew
12.5ml Frangelico
12.5ml Cuarenta Tres Liquor
75ml Funkin Liquid Chocolate

Method

Lace chilled cocktail glass with white Mozart chocolate liquor.
Shake all ingredients and pour into glass.

Garnish
Grated white chocolate





Dub Devil

Ingredients

25ml Wray & Nephew
2 bar spoons of Orgeat syrup
Angostura Bitters
Apple juice
3 squeezes of lime

Method
Build the Wray & Nephew and Orgeat syrup over cubed ice, top up with Apple juice.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and 3 squeezes of lime.




Frozen Passion Fruit Daiquiri

Ingredients

35ml Wray & Nephew
25ml fresh lime juice
4 bar spoons sugar syrup
35ml passion fruit puree or any other strong flavoured purees - mango etc.

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender. Add a scoop of crushed ice, blend and serve.

The Caribbean is a wonderful and exotic location comprises of many island.
Every island in the Caribbean seems to have a specialty drink: Red Stripe, rum punch and rum cream in Jamaica, dark & stormys in Bermuda, Kalik beer from the Bahamas etc. We'll introduce them all to you, plus give you recipes so you can enjoy a taste of the Caribbean anytime.




Our first destination is Jamaica. This island is situated in the middle of the Caribbean Sea and is the third largest island, Home of the world’s famous award wining Wray & Nephew white rum.

Ingredients
50ml Wray and Nephew Rum
4 Raspberries
3 Strawberries
5 Blueberries
1/2 Lime
2 heaped bar spoons of brown
sugar

Method

Muddle ingredients – fruit and sugar
Build with crushed ice

Garnish
Mixed Berries



Spiced W&N Mojito

Ingredients


35ml Wray & Nephew
6 mint sprigs
2 brown sugar cubes
2 lime wedges
Soda water
Sorrell to taste

Method


Muddle the mint, lime, rum and sugar into a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice and drizzle the sorrell squash into the glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
