The Caribbean is a wonderful and exotic location comprises of many island.
Every island in the Caribbean seems to have a specialty drink: Red Stripe, rum punch and rum cream in Jamaica, dark & stormys in Bermuda, Kalik beer from the Bahamas etc. We'll introduce them all to you, plus give you recipes so you can enjoy a taste of the Caribbean anytime.




Our first destination is Jamaica. This island is situated in the middle of the Caribbean Sea and is the third largest island, Home of the world’s famous award wining Wray & Nephew white rum.

Ingredients
50ml Wray and Nephew Rum
4 Raspberries
3 Strawberries
5 Blueberries
1/2 Lime
2 heaped bar spoons of brown
sugar

Method

Muddle ingredients – fruit and sugar
Build with crushed ice

Garnish
Mixed Berries



Spiced W&N Mojito

Ingredients


35ml Wray & Nephew
6 mint sprigs
2 brown sugar cubes
2 lime wedges
Soda water
Sorrell to taste

Method


Muddle the mint, lime, rum and sugar into a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice and drizzle the sorrell squash into the glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
